Vintage Murano glass clown vase, a popular style of Italian art glass originating from the island of Murano in Venice. 

Characterized by vibrant colors and playful designs, these pieces were widely produced from the 1950s through the 1970s by various Venetian glass masters. This is the "peeking" clown figure integrated with a flared trumpet-style vase with high-contrast red and black glass, often created using the Sommerso technique (layering different colors of glass). Hand-blown details including the characteristic yellow "spaghetti" hair, oversized white gloves, and a multi-colored ruffled collar.
